ARLIE BEANE

A seasoned veteran of the oil and gas business and a member of the Funk Ventures advisory board since 2004, Mr. Beane started in the early 1970's by purchasing his first oil field in Oklahoma which became an overnight success during the 1973 oil embargo.

Ever since, Mr. Beane has led successful operations in North America, Latin America and Russia and has domain experience with natural gas plants as well as exploration and development companies, drilling and service companies, pipelines companies and crude oil marketing companies, both private and publicly traded.

Located in Houston, Texas, Mr. Beane is currently President of oil exploration company DGH Petroleum.
