HITENDRA SONI |
Hitendra "Sonny" Soni has 16 years of experience as a sales and business
development executive for successful networking equipment startups. With his
airtight track record, he has had
significant success selling to enterprise and service provider customers
worldwide through direct and indirect (OEM and reseller) sales organizations for
three successful startups.
Mr. Soni currently serves as Vice President of Global Sales and
Customer Service for Omnilux Inc; an ultra broadband wireless equipment
company. Prior to Omnilux, Mr. Soni was Vice President of Sales, Business
Development and Customer Services at Accelerated Networks, a broadband access
equipment company where he was responsible for generating $45M revenue in first
six quarters of product availability.
Between 1994 and 1997, Mr. Soni was Director of Business Development and Channel
Sales at Xylan, a pioneer in VLAN based LAN/WAN switching, which was
subsequently acquired by Alcatel for over $2 billion. Between 1988 and 1994, Mr.
Soni was Director of Sales and Business Development for Conexsys, a network
integration company in Toronto, Canada, where he focused on providing LAN and
WAN infrastructure products to large enterprises and telecom services providers.
